So excited to have Brenda MacIntyre, Juno Award winning singer, join us on May 7th, 2016, as all over the globe, we walk sacred Labyrinths with a common goal of both internal and world peace.

The Joshua Creek Heritage Art Centre invites you to join Heather Hannan, Intuitive Mentor and a founder of the Sound Reiki Institute and Brenda MacIntyre, Medicine Song Woman, to walk our powerful, Healing Labyrinth in Oakville. We will be connecting to the Earth Peace Grid to raise the vibrational energy of those walking as One throughout the world’s labyrinths.
At 1pm we will begin in the Art Gallery with a powerful Sound Reiki Soul Healing Meditation and a Welcome Song to call in the ancestors. At the Labyrinth you will be smudged with cedar and sweetgrass to purify your energy in a ceremony practiced for thousands of years by our First Nations ancestors as Brenda MacIntyre drums and sings. After walking the Sacred Labyrinth we invite you to return to the Gallery to join us for light refreshments and the sharing of your experiences. Brenda will close the ceremony with a Travelling Song.
Labyrinths are single path walkways used in ancient times as tools for contemplation and prayer and have been found all over the world. In recent years they have been rediscovered as a way to find peace and connect to our inner guidance.
The JC Healing Labyrinth is 1.1km long, and mowed into the tall grass that surrounds the Centre. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a hat and water. This event is rain or shine. Walking the Labyrinth is optional, you are invited to join us and receive all the benefits of this soul healing experience.

Medicine Song Woman Brenda MacIntyre, creator of the Medicine Song Oracle Cards™ & Music, is a Juno Award-winning singer, speaker, spiritual teacher and indigenous shaman. Brenda has been featured on MuchMusic, Global Television and across North America. She helps women to embrace and express their POWER and sacred CALLING.
Heather Hannan is an Intuitive Advisor, Sound Reiki® Master Teacher and Usui Reiki Master Teacher with an international healing practice. Blessed with the gift of being able to identify and transform the energy of people, places and things with the sound of her voice, she created Sound Reiki® with Catherine Varga. She is a founder of the Sound Reiki Institute.
