The Art of Muscle Testing
In the first part of our first healing workshop, tap into your internal GPS through our Muscle Testing workshop, where through this simple technique, a world of unlimited information becomes available.
Feel the benefits, when we teach you how to create your own protective Chamber of Light, a protective energy that helps stabilize your Light energy and learn simple grounding techniques to balance that energy.
What is muscle testing? It is a form of Applied Kinesiology. It is a non-invasive technique that anyone can do and is highly effective in providing feedback on imbalances in the body. It is a tool used by Chiropractors, Naturopaths, Massage Therapists, as well as Sound Reiki practitioners. Muscle testing, known as bio-kinesiology, is a great way to connect with your body intuitively. It allows the body to speak to the body in a comprehensive way. Learn how to use this tool in our fun and interactive workshop.

Aligning and Balancing Your Divine Light Energy
In the second half of our first workshop, learn about sound and light healing energy through understanding what it is and how it works. This segment introduces participants to self-healing using sound energy and how sound healing works in compliment with other energy healing systems. We will create a template that balances and harmonizes healing energy by increasing your light vibration and aligning it to the highest good for your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Divine Light Energy Cords
If you believe, as we believe, that we are born of the same Source, no matter what you call it, then we are all divinely connected to each other. How are we connected? Participants will learn about the Divine Light energy cords that connect us to our Source, Mother Earth and each other. Learn the power of these cords and how they help or hinder your movement forward. Our focus will be to:
- introduce Divine Light energy cords, what they are and why they are important
- share the understanding of the power of forgiveness and gratitude
- identify and heal a cord that is out of alignment
Chakras, Balancing and Grounding Divine Light Energy
In the second half of the workshoe will discuss the seven Chakras, Axiatonal Lines, Meridians and Energy Grids that flow through and surround the body. We will share the wellness benefits of Chakras and why it is essential they are operating at the highest possible Divine Light frequency. You will learn to identify if they are blocked and learn to bring them to balance and ground your light energy.
