Are you aligned to the frequency of Abundance? Over the past month, I have found myself talking to my coaching clients about the 
alignment to the frequency of Abundance and the tools to keep it flowing.
What is the secret behind happy, successful people?
It is their unflinching belief they will have what they desire. They can feel the emotions that go with success and achievement.
Our thoughts and beliefs lock our energy into the vibration of success.
In the frequency of abundance the idea of failure doesn’t even enter your mind because it just doesn’t feel right to think that way. For example, when you think of an idea you believe is a possibility, you feel up and excited, even lighter with more energy. When you feel this way that is when you know you are at a high vibration – this is the frequency of Abundance. It’s how you feel that drives your vibration high or low and how you feel is driven by the strength of your beliefs.
Ever buy a lottery ticket and then start the self-talk about how low the odds are of winning, that it’s unlikely you’ll win but what the heck? So, what happens here is that optimism shifts to doubt, and you began to outpicture what you wanted to unfold. As soon as you start to allow the doubting disease, you just stopped everything that was manifesting. This is how a low vibration feels, it’s heavy, insecure and slow, it is not a place you want to stay in. There is nothing good coming from this place. Energy is magnetic and only attracts the same energy, be it positive or negative.
The good news is that you live in a Universe that supports you and it is important to believe that to be true!

“Today is a divine, blessed and infinitely abundant day.”
When it comes to Law of Attraction, be aware when doubt tries to come up, get to the root of what the doubt is and why and release it. You can release doubt with a high vibration phrase that resets your thinking to align you to the frequency of abundance and manifesting your goals.
The following phrase is aligned to the Law of Attraction, it is Universal energy that aligns you to the abundance vibration to manifest what you desire.
“I am in the process of attracting all that I need to DO, KNOW and HAVE to attract my ideal ____________________________.”
Use this phrase whenever you are confused or feeling doubt in any way.
It is a high vibration phrase and presses a reset button internally to bring your focus back on track. We spoke of what sets your vibration; it’s how you feel about something. So, no matter what, you need to look for the signs that are confirming that you are in the process of attracting all that you need to do, know and have to attract your ideal partner, or ideal financial situation.
You can’t always explain why something is happening but you can interpret it and use it to help you believe you are getting what you want. Look for signs to confirm and support your goals rather than the ones that make you doubt.
The other part of this philosophy is understanding how allowing is the action of receiving and doubt is the action of resistance. So how much you believe you are on the right track matters. It’s all in how you look at things that attracts more of what you want or repels it.
Remember, the secret to having everything is BELIEVING you already do.
At the beginning of your day, and before any meetings, set your intention for the outcome you desire. This helps you to determine what thoughts and actions are needed on your part to align to that intention. It keeps you on track.
