According to the dictionary “to March” is “the action of moving along with a steady regular step especially with others.”

Check out the I AM Wishes Fulfilled Mediation by Dr. Wayne Dyer and James Twyman. I came across this CD after reading a Hay House article. CEO Reid Tracy was talking about one of the strategies used by a highly successful alpine skier for coping with anxiety about reaching her lofty goals. She was using I AM affirmations, she even had it written on her ski glove.
I had an understanding that “I AM” is the name of God, found in the Old Testament and translated from the original Hebrew “I am that I am.”
James Twyman is a well-known author and in his book The Moses Code he identifies the exact sounds associated with the name of God. It is very cool to hear these words as tones on the CD. I found this to be a powerful meditation that raised my vibration to a high frequency.
They recommended repeating the mantra, I am (that) I am, during the mediation while replacing the word THAT with what best describes what you want to manifest. For example replacing “that” with Perfect Health, Abundance, Peace or my highest divine reality has been found to be a powerful way to manifest one’s desires.
It would sound like this, I am Perfect health, I am. According to the CD, the first phrase I AM represents “from God” on the in breath and in the exhale repeating the same words to “put back to God”. It is remarkable when the high vibrational frequency of the Unconditional Love of God is activated with the tones from the tuning fork. I love the power of tones when words are converted into sound frequency, that is exactly what Sound Reiki® does!
I wanted to recommend this wonderful Wishes Fulfilled Meditation CD based on my personal experience with how relaxing and aligning this meditation can be. I found myself merging with the energy of GOD throughout the meditation. I allowed my mind to be open and get into the rhythm of the sounds and quietly repeated the affirmation. Give it a try for about 10 – 20 minutes and see how you feel. I suggest writing your experiences in an evidence journal and tracking the results.
I highly recommend this CD for anyone wanting to raise their vibration to a beautiful level and create something amazing. The only piece that I found missing from this meditation is the lack of grounding. This meditation can leave you feeling light headed which means you are not grounded and not optimizing your ability to use the positive energy with your physical body.
I recommend a quick Sound Reiki® grounding meditation afterwards. Just close your eyes and state the intention as follows:
“It is my intent to connect with Divine Source, God or whoever you pray to, and ask Source and the Earth Mother to embrace me in your loving arms to ground me now. “
After this intention is spoken out loud or in your mind, sing a tone that sounds like “eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee” for as long as you can in one breath and then take another breath and sing the tone of “OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOh.”
It’s that easy, you are now grounded. I love visualizing roots, like those from a tree, coming from the soles of my feet and gently going deep into the Earth, holding me to her while I do this grounding.
