Dr. Oz ranked Reiki as #1 in his Ultimate Alternative Medicine Secrets for 2010 and said, “Reiki is one of my favorites, we’ve been using it for years in the Oz family, and we swear by it.” Before his popularity as a TV personality Dr. Oz incorporated Reiki into his open-heart surgeries.
Join Heather Hannan, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, on Saturday, for Usui Reiki Level I with a focus on self-healing. You will learn the history of Reiki, the Reiki principles, the energy systems of the body, the basic hand positions for self-treatment and the treatment of others and you will experience giving and receiving a Reiki healing. You will receive a Reiki Attunement and certificate of completion.
Level II will be held on Sunday. Here you will expand your ability to receive and share Reiki energy. You will learn how to do long-distance healing and the sacred Reiki symbols. You will receive a Reiki Attunement and certificate of completion.
