The Sound Reiki Institute, founded by Catherine Varga and Heather Hannan, is committed to the education and sharing of innovative teachings that link the world of sound healing arts and sciences.

The Sound Reiki Institute offers Sound Reiki Certification Programs and Retreats and Conscious Reincarnation™ Programs.  All of our programs, retreats, workshops, events and seminars are intended to inspire, educate and manifest a shift in consciousness for each person.  We intend to offer something for everyone, whether you are a Reiki Master or just starting to explore alternative healing solutions.

What is Sound Reiki?

Sound Reiki is a powerful Sound Healing methodology using the quantum physics of sound; this pioneering technique uses sound to restore health on a cellular level.  Specializing in root causes of dis-ease, this system traces dis-ease, through neuro-pathways, back to its roots.  Using electro-tonal frequency songs, it is able to correct the malfunctioning communication links within the nervous system and its spiritual source.

These blocks are often a result of limiting beliefs created by trauma, karmic patterns and many other sources that ultimately manifest in the physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual body. Addressed by healing, these patterns or blocks are removed and your Divine Light within increases.

When you resonate to 100% Divine Light, you feel your presence getting larger.  You feel bigger.  As your ability and confidence to maintain 100% Divine Love and Light increases, your decisions and choices become clearer and more in-line to your personal truth.  When you do that, you start to attract the people and experiences that resonate with your new light vibration.  This is true because energy is magnetic, and ‘like will attract like’. Conversely, when you are filled with fear, anger and low self-esteem, you vibrate at a lower vibration, which you cannot hide, and it attracts more of that in your life.

When you are moving more light into your being, your world starts to shift.  The people around you that are more negative or depressing will be less comfortable with your energy and move away.  You will see what is energy draining in your life and have the strength and clarity to make changes.

I focus on the root of issues not their symptoms. I like to get to the core of where these issues were first created, whether it is in this life or another. With each person one or more “primaries” will reveal themselves to me for healing, prior to our meeting. Please feel free to bring questions or issues that you would like to address in addition to what I will reveal to you. Many times, they will be the same but not perhaps in a way that is immediately obvious to you.

Healing happens in layers. As the root of issue is revealed and healed, the next stage of blocks or limiting beliefs start to show themselves, one dimension of your being at a time. Once the root source of the issue is healed and it is completely understood why it occurred, most of my clients never go back to those issues. When you hear, and with your free will, accept the healing tones that are customized for you and vibrating on many dimensional levels, healing will happen almost instantly.

• Inner Children, limiting beliefs anchored from childhood
• Past or present life karmic patterns
• Misalignment of your Core Beliefs
• Negative active or dormant “energy cords” affecting your life force energy

PARANORMAL INVESTIGATION

Catherine is dedicated to healing and assisting spirit people who are grounded on the earth plane by crossing them over to their rightful place in the spirit world.  Often unhappy spirit people who are grounded here have experienced trauma in life or in death and are so connected with these events that they cannot or will not, find their way to the Other Side. Catherine uses the utmost respect and compassion when working with spirit people.

Catherine is able to “see” intuitively and confirm if your home or work space has spirit people, animals or anything else.  Investigations can be scheduled during the day or evening. Catherine welcomes her clients to observe the investigations as they are conducted.

SESSION FEES

Life coaching sessions are popular as a follow up to assist you in maintaining your Divine Light and coach you to handle the situations you desire to discuss. I bring forward “primaries” in each session, as they arise, as well address the subjects you wish to discuss. Coaching sessions typically last about 30 minutes and are booked as needed.

I wanted to share a quote I read from a Book of Runes, published a long time ago in the Daily Word.  It changed me forever and I hope it inspires you too.

 ”I no longer try to change outer things. They are simply a reflection. I change my inner perception and the outer reveals the beauty so long obscured by my own attitude. I concentrate on my inner vision and find my outer view transformed. I find myself attuned to the grandeur of life and in unison with the perfect order of the universe.”

There is a saying that perception is everything and I have to agree. The magical year of 2012 provides us the opportunity to create new life expanding experiences. Through introspection, willingness to change and forgiveness of ourselves and others,   we begin to see and manifest what is really important to us.

If you want your life to be better, sacrifice the “stinking thinking”.  Your attitudes and beliefs have an energy vibration to them that attracts people, places and things that feed that energy.  It is time to be the best we can be through a higher perspective, releasing all that no longer serves our happiness and peace.
