I am prepared for my destiny and desires to be fulfilled.  I know during the process I will learn and grow in areas that will contribute to the realization of these goals.  I have faith in the process of the universe and will proceed with trust and willingness, permitting all that needs to happen or not happen.

I accept that the process may be challenging emotionally because that is the area that is underdeveloped for me.  The ultimate challenge of the spiritual warrior is relinquishing control.  I am prepared to do that right now.

Now is just the time to be.  It’s a new feeling so explore it and know what it feels like, because in the next phase of life that you are entering, that feeling is going to be what taking the right course of action feels like.

The cycle of transformation is always a challenging one.  Every experience in life that changes the way we see life and how we need to live to be in a happier state, requires the acceptance of leaving the past behind.  The philosophies that you used in the past cannot be applied in your present situation without recreating the past and thus keeping you locked into a negative cycle.  We cannot live a happy and productive life in this manner.   It affects our soul’s needs and is based on decisions motivated by fear.  If there is an enemy to the soul it is fear and ignorance.

Going into the unknown can be a scary thing or an exciting thing, that is your choice to make.  I choose to make it an informative and exciting adventure from which I will benefit.  By not challenging the process and allowing it to “happen” the speed of my progress will increase.  The more you resist, the more uncomfortable the  process, a process that will eventually win out in this life if you are committed to growing and accepting the changes that need to be made to transform your thoughts, actions and deeds.

As I grow and move on from the past, it creates the necessity of letting go of outmoded philosophies that no longer serve who I am now and this can be a challenging thing.  I have come to understand one thing, if you respond, especially emotionally, in the same way to new things that you have in the past, you simply recreate the past.  And who wants to live there forever?!  Personal transformation is always challenging but thankfully, with faith in the process, the end of the passage always has a big cherry on top that introduces us to the beginning of a new and happier way of living.

So why fight the inevitable when it is your happiness at stake?  The very action of allowing, accepting what comes before you and taking responsibility for everything that happens to you can be a wonderful experience not plagued with difficulties but a blend of challenges and rewards.  It must be this way because the pathway to growth and the exhilaration that comes from conquering the challenges is one of the greatest joys and accomplishments in our spiritual lives and manifests positively into our physical, emotional, and mental states.  They are all connected – help them work in concert with each other.

What is muscle testing?  It is also known as Applied Kinesiology, a non-invasive technique that anyone can do and it is highly effective in providing feedback on imbalances in the body  It is a tool used by Chiropractors, Naturopaths, Nutritionists and Massage Therapists, as well as Sound Reiki practitioners. This technique allows the body to speak to the body in a comprehensive way.   Learn how to use this tool in a fun and interactive workshop.

 Would you like to know:

• what foods your body absorbs?
• which supplements, creams or anything else are best for you?
• what blocks are in your body, emotionally, physically or mentally?

Using your own body’s biofeedback energy, learn this technique to answer questions that create your highest good and start the healing process right away.

Did you know that at five you were learning about independence? Each year from childhood to adolescence has a spiritual inner child associated with it and how happy that child is happens to be directly proportionate to how happy you are as an adult.  The experiences we have in our childhood shape a lot of what we believe about life, the world and ourselves. They deeply influence our relationships with others, our self-esteem and our self-worth.  Learn about what each year of early life means and the influence of past hurts in the present.

 Our focus will be to:

• introduce the concept of Inner Children and the importance of their alignment to your adult self

• learn about the significance of each year of childhood and adolescence, what you learned and what you are teaching your children
• gain a better understanding of the impact of events from your childhood and their influence on your ability to move forward today

If you believe, as we believe, that we are born of the same Source, no matter what you call it, then we are all divinely connected to each other.  Participants will be introduced to the concept of Divine Light energy cords that connect us to our Source, Mother Earth and each other.  Discover the power of these cords and how they help or hinder your movement forward.

 Our focus will be to:

• introduce Divine Light energy cords, what they are and why they are important
• share the understanding of the power of forgiveness and gratitude
• identify and heal a cord that is out of alignment

 10:30am – 12pm   Introduction to Chakras

In this energizing session, we will introduce the Chakras, Meridians, Axiatonal Lines and Energy Grids that flow through and surround the body.  Catherine and Heather, using sound healing, will upgrade all participant’s Chakras, Meridians, Axiatonal Lines and Energy Grids and activate the 10th Chakra, a Chakra of manifestation for the ascending human consciousness.

Our focus will be to:

• explain the wellness benefits of Chakras and why it is essential they are operating at the highest possible Divine Light frequency

• learn about ethereal chakras above the traditional seven, activate the 10th Chakra, a new Chakra of manifestation, discuss its purpose and how this unique energy can be used to create your highest possible Divine reality

 12 pm – 2  pm –  Graduation  Lunch and Certificate Presentation

The retreat will conclude with a gratitude prayer and a Sound Reiki Level I Attunement activating and aligning your abilities for Sound Reiki healing.

Maximum number for attendees staying at the retreat for the Sound Reiki weekend is 10 and up to 16 for those who choose to stay offsite.  This allows individual attention for healing with all participants. Reservations are required and full payment is required at the time of booking.  Payments are fully refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Cost for Certification Program including shared accommodation and breakfast, lunch and dinner as indicated from Friday 4pm through Sunday 2pm is $500 per person.

Option to take Certification Program only and stay offsite is $325 per person. (includes lunch and dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday).

Nature’s Retreat is located in the Caledon Hills near Erin, Ontario, 60 minutes north of  Toronto.

It has a beautiful stone circle, stone medicine wheel and labyrinth and 50 acres of groomed trails.

The cozy and comfortable Retreat is spacious and very private.  It has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 powder room, 2 fireplaces and will sleep 10 guests in shared accommodations.

What is Sound Reiki?

Sound Reiki is a powerful Sound Healing methodology using the quantum physics of sound; this pioneering technique uses sound to restore health on a cellular level.  Specializing in root causes of dis-ease, this system traces dis-ease, through neuro-pathways, back to its roots.  Using electro-tonal frequency songs, it is able to correct the malfunctioning communication links within the nervous system and its spiritual source.

These blocks are often a result of limiting beliefs created by trauma, karmic patterns and many other sources that ultimately manifest in the physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual body. Addressed by healing, these patterns or blocks are removed and your Divine Light within increases.

When you resonate to 100% Divine Light, you feel your presence getting larger.  You feel bigger.  As your ability and confidence to maintain 100% Divine Love and Light increases, your decisions and choices become clearer and more in-line to your personal truth.  When you do that, you start to attract the people and experiences that resonate with your new light vibration.  This is true because energy is magnetic, and ‘like will attract like’. I focus on the root of issues not their symptoms. I like to get to the core of where these issues were first created, whether it is in this life or another. With each person one or more “primaries” will reveal themselves to me for healing, prior to our meeting. Catherine is dedicated to healing and assisting spirit people who are grounded on the earth plane by crossing them over to their rightful place in the spirit world.  Often unhappy spirit people who are grounded here have experienced trauma in life or in death and are so connected with these events that they cannot or will not, find their way to the Other Side. Catherine uses the utmost respect and compassion when working with spirit people.

It is said that to accomplish our goals and dreams, the art of introspection is necessary.

I wanted to share a quote I read from a Book of Runes, published a long time ago in the Daily Word.  It changed me forever and I hope it inspires you too.

 ”I no longer try to change outer things. They are simply a reflection. I change my inner perception and the outer reveals the beauty so long obscured by my own attitude. I concentrate on my inner vision and find my outer view transformed. I find myself attuned to the grandeur of life and in unison with the perfect order of the universe.”

There is a saying that perception is everything and I have to agree. The magical year of 2012 provides us the opportunity to create new life expanding experiences. Through introspection, willingness to change and forgiveness of ourselves and others,   we begin to see and manifest what is really important to us.

If you want your life to be better, sacrifice the “stinking thinking”.  Your attitudes and beliefs have an energy vibration to them that attracts people, places and things that feed that energy.  It is time to be the best we can be through a higher perspective, releasing all that no longer serves our happiness and peace.
